When I acquired seven businesses’ Instagram and Facebook accounts at Exxir Capital, I conducted performance analysis, trend reports, and cross-competitor research. Each account had different target audiences with opportunities to optimize engagement. I sourced and created content, conducted copywriting, influencer outreach, and designed events for each business to rebrand their client experience. For our restaurant, Tejas, we needed fresh content to showcase the Tejas experience. I sourced and partnered with a local photographer, then directed a styled photo shoot to capture our food, atmosphere, and brand. The shoot provided us with high-quality content for use across our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
At Kinn Studio, I collaborated with the graphic, product, and web design teams to create and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns. I built customer segments based on behavior and purchase history, allowing us to personalize product links and messaging for higher relevance. I scheduled and automated email flows, monitored performance, and optimized for engagement—contributing to a strong click-through rate across campaigns.
