For the launch of Exxir Capital’s seasonal bar, Mermaid, I took the lead in designing the event space in collaboration with our head designer, ensuring every detail aligned with the raw bar theme. I also helped source vendors, curate guest lists, build influencer partnerships, and capture content during the event. We sent press releases to local Dallas media to generate buzz and brought the community together through a weekend of private and public celebrations. The event featured oyster shuckers, a custom graphic decal, champagne wall, mermaid performer, lots of bubbles, and ocean-inspired decor, which were all crafted to create a unique, immersive, under-the-sea experience.

As Vice President of Recruitment, I led the year-long planning and execution of our six-day formal recruitment event which was held at a venue where no event had been hosted before. I managed the full process from the ground up, overseeing seven teams and a $20K+ budget. From event layout, decor, and video production to scheduling, speeches, and styling, I owned every detail. I created mood boards, sourced vendors, and directed a team of 160 women to deliver an unforgettable experience for 650+ attendees. The role combined creative vision, logistical planning, and hands-on leadership to bring a completely new event concept to life.
